Last week at our Tuesday Tasting at Braddock’s American Brasserie – we tasted the Cooralook Shiraz – a very fine offering from Southern Victoria – not the ‘usual’ Aussie Shiraz (not that we don’t like the ‘bigs’) that endeared itself to our team of reviewers – hope you enjoy it too!
